FAQs

  • Yes! I offer in-person sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays and telehealth Monday through Thursday, with daytime and limited evening availability.

  • In order to tailor an approach that is unique to you and your needs, I utilize a combination of trauma-informed interventions and theories including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Feminist Theory. When I work with couples, I primarily utilize counseling interventions from the Gottman Method.

  • I charge $150 for 50-minute individual and couples counseling sessions and $200 for 90-minute initial couples counseling sessions. Pricing for Mental Health Evaluations varies - please feel free to reach out to get a quote.

  • I’ve chosen to operate as a private-pay therapist after carefully weighing the clinical, ethical, and relational implications of working with insurance. This model allows me to protect your privacy, practice with greater clinical flexibility, and offer care that’s guided by your needs, not by diagnosis requirements or session limits.

I understand that private pay represents a meaningful financial investment in your wellbeing. For many clients, that investment reflects a commitment to care that is specialized, attentive, and deeply individualized. Some clients are able to use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement, and I’m happy to help you check your benefits and explore what options may be available.

  • Absolutely! Babies up to 18 months old are welcome to attend therapy with you. We’ll chat about how to make sure you’re still getting the most out of our sessions with your little one present.

  • In-person sessions are offered at 1501 East 7th Street, Office 6, Charlotte, NC 28204 on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Virtual therapy is available Monday–Thursday for clients located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Missouri.
