  • Yes! I offer in-person therapy sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays and telehealth sessions Monday through Thursday, with daytime and limited evening availability.

  • In order to tailor an approach that is unique to you and your needs, I utilize a combination of trauma-informed interventions and theories including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Feminist Theory. When I work with couples, I primarily utilize counseling interventions from the Gottman Method.

  • I charge $150 for 50-minute individual and couples counseling sessions and $200 for 90-minute couples counseling sessions. Pricing for Mental Health Evaluations varies depending on what your clinic requires - please feel free to reach out so we can chat about details and cost.

  • No, I’ve chosen to operate as a private-pay therapist.

    This allows me to protect your privacy, practice with greater clinical flexibility, and offer care that’s guided by your needs, not by diagnosis requirements or session limits.

    Sometimes insurance plans reimburse clients for therapy through their out-of-network benefits using superbills - I am happy to chat with you more about this if you’d like.

    If therapy is completely unaffordable at this time and you need support, please check out Open Path Collective for therapists who offer reduced rates.

  • In-person sessions are offered at 1501 East 7th Street, Office 6, Charlotte, NC 28204 on Mondays and Wednesdays.

    Virtual therapy is available Monday–Thursday for clients located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Missouri.

  • Absolutely! Babies up to 18 months old are welcome to attend therapy with you. We’ll chat about how to make sure you’re still getting the most out of our sessions with your little one present.

  • Yes, I regularly partner with local fertility clinics to facilitate mental health evaluations for individuals and couples pursuing fertility treatments.

    I try to schedule these consultations as promptly (within 1-2 weeks) since I can since I know fertility treatment timelines can be pretty speedy!
