Rest Is Still on My To-Do List

As I reflect on a milestone birthday, I’m noticing how far I’ve come in learning to rest - really rest.

In this post, I explore why rest can feel unsafe for high-achieving, trauma-impacted nervous systems, how hustle culture disconnects us from our needs, and offer tangible, compassionate ways to begin rebuilding a healthier relationship with rest, one small moment at a time.
