Good Is Here Right Now

Lately, I’ve been holding onto a quiet mantra: Good is here right now. It’s a small act of resistance against despair - a reminder that while pain and grief are very real, they aren’t the whole story.
In this reflection, I explore what it means to look for light even when the world feels heavy: noticing community blooming in the middle of infertility advocacy, finding connection in the counseling room, and remembering that even in grief, there are glimmers of life, love, and humor.
From neighborhood walks and hospital rooms to coffee with my husband and the belly fluff of my orange-and-white cat, I share the ways goodness still insists on showing up. Even when things feel impossibly hard, even when joy feels undeserved, good is here right now.
